BVD WORKSHOP
Learn about the clinical signs, transmission, diagnosis and monitoring of BVD. The focus will be on the significance of Persistently Infected (PI) animals in disease transmission, and the biosecurity and biocontainment measures that can be taken to minimise the risk of BVD entering a naïve herd, and reduce the spread of disease already on farm. Prevention of introduction and spread of BVD will result in increased herd health, productivity and profitability.
By attending this workshop, you will receive a LANTRA Awards certificate of attendance and Farming Connect CPD record.
Dinner and drinks will be provided. Please park behind the building.
