Freddie Jones

Veterinary Surgeon

I grew up in South Wales but have lived in the West-Midlands for the last 14 years before recently moving down towards Bristol. I have stayed true to my Welsh roots though and still support Wales in the rugby (despite their

recent lack of form!). I studied at the University of Nottingham and have spent the last 5 years predominantly working in Mixed practice. In 2024, I took the year off to go travelling with my girlfriend Beth where we spent a chunk of time living in a campervan in New Zealand as well as backpacking through Polynesia, South East Asia, Sri Lanka and East Africa. For the last 12 months I have been working across different parts of the UK as a locum.

In my free time I enjoy getting out and about either on foot or on my bike.

You may also find me catching up with friends on the golf course and pretending I know how to play.

My main interests and experience are in the beef and sheep sectors but I am looking forward to getting stuck back into some more dairy work.
