All of Wales in a BTV restricted zone.

As of the 10th of November all of Wales will be in a BTV restricted zone (RZ).

We presume this will mean the end of movement restrictions for those in the temporary control zone (TCZ), and should mean free movements between Wales and England.

We await further details from the Welsh Government.
